How do you select your translator?

We carefully select our translators based on the requirement from ISO17100. Once they are in compliance with ISO17100 requirement, then we assess their samples and our own linguistic proficiency test. KPIs are fluency, accuracy, on-time delivery, responsiveness, CAT tool proficiency, and so on.

How do you ensure quality?

In addition to full TEP process to comply with ISO17100, Hansem Global implemented additional LQA step to ensure the quality in our translation. Additional QA check performed in xBench or QA distiller to ensure our translation is error-free

Turnaround time for translation varies by language pair, volume, and the subject matter. Hansem Global can also assign multiple linguists in parallel to handle large volume translation. Can you handle sensitive data that can not leave outside of the US?

We are ISO27001 certified and your data will be safe with us. Hansem Global offers both onshore and offshore translation services.

The payment term is net30.
